Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the San Juan Capistrano Sunrooms and Patios website and any estimate, quote or work you request from us. By using the site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to them.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site. You can still contact us with questions before you decide.

What we do

San Juan Capistrano Sunrooms and Patios is a sunroom contractor in San Juan Capistrano, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in San Juan Capistrano and the cities around it. The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about our work. They don't promise a particular result for your home, because every job depends on the house, the site, the materials you choose and what we find once work begins.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. An estimate is our best figure based on what we can see and what you tell us at the visit, and it stays open for the period written on it.

Your price is set only by the written contract you sign. If we find hidden conditions once work starts, such as damaged framing, or if you ask for changes, we'll explain the cost and get your written approval before we do that added work.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set start dates with you and do our best to keep them, but weather, permit and inspection timing, material deliveries and conditions found on site can move a schedule. We'll tell you as soon as we know a date is changing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (949) 312-6067 as early as you can. Any cancellation rights and any costs for materials already ordered or custom-made are set out in your written contract, along with any cancellation rights California law gives you.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted methods are listed in your written contract. Any deposit and progress payments follow the schedule in that contract and California law.

Final payment is due when the work described in the contract is complete, unless the contract says otherwise. Late payments may carry the charges your contract describes.

Warranties

Any warranty on our work is the one written in your contract, and product warranties come from the makers of the materials we install. We'll pass along those maker warranties and explain what they cover.

The website itself and its content are provided as they are, without any warranty. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we don't promise that it is complete or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, San Juan Capistrano Sunrooms and Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.

For work we perform, our responsibilities are the ones set out in your written contract and in the law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling disagreements

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first by phone at (949) 312-6067 or through our contact page, because most problems are easiest to fix directly. We'll respond and work with you in good faith to resolve it.

If we can't settle it between us, either side may pursue the remedies available under California law, and any court case will be heard in Orange County, California, unless your contract or the law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed.
